MAISIE  - she is our boxer X that we adopted at 10 months of age. She is the first dog we got, and absolutely loves her conversion from a city dog to a country bumpkin! We adopted her from Funds for Furry Friends in Brandon, MB (see links page). She is the most friendly thing you've ever met, and even though she can look vicious if she wants to, she'll do nothing but lick you, if you let her! Her favourite outside activities are playing with the horses and hoarding things like sticks and buckets (in true Boxer fashion). In the house however, you forget she's even around. Maisie loves to curl up on the couch with one of us and sleep the night away! Unfortunately due to congestic heart failure and a respiratory disease, our Maisie had to be put to sleep on November 20, 2008. She will live on forever in our hearts.

Kelly Whittingham

Kelly owned and operated Sunnybrook Equestrian Centre in Brandon, Manitoba. He passed from this world on Sunday Sept 21, 2008. He will be dearly missed by all of us who knew him. Kelly helped everyone he met become passionate about horses and gave me the opportunity to own my first horse.

GDS HEZA HEARTBREAKER - "ROMEO"

APHA #911991

PtHA #133418

Pedigree

"Romeo" is the only boy on our farm. He is a2007 APHA/PtHA double registered black and white tobiano stud colt, though we haven't decided if we are going to keep him a stallion or not. He is one of the biggest sweethearts you will ever meet. He LOVES to be around people, and even though he is only a year old, I probably could have hopped on his back 8 months ago (now if only he was big enough!). Unfortunately, due to his previous injuries, Romeo had to be put down on April 16, 2008. We will miss him dearly. The more we look at other stallion prospects, the more we realize we had a treasure in Romeo.
